Senior Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage short- and medium-term liquidity across bank accounts, VASPs, and digital wallets
• Control large cross-border transfers and infrastructure replenishment
• Build and manage relationships with traditional banks, payment providers, custodians, and OTC platforms
• Develop and implement internal operational policies, liquidity limits, and risk management systems
• Support complex treasury requests and navigate banking compliance and onboarding

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or liquidity within fintech, IT, or banking
• Deep expertise in multi-currency liquidity management and cash pooling
• Understanding of both traditional banking and stablecoin operational models
• Proven experience negotiating with banks and licensed providers (VASP)
• Advanced Excel skills and financial data visualization
• English proficiency at B2+ / C1 level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MPC/multisig wallets and crypto-custodial solutions
• Experience building or optimizing a treasury function from scratch in a high-growth company
