About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead advanced treasury operations including strategic cash flow management, financial risk assessment, and investment analysis
  • Reconcile daily payment batches and perform three-way matches between bank, payment processing, and accounting systems
  • Prepare daily cash position reports and make investment purchase or sale recommendations
  • Manage banking relationships, evaluate products, and provide administration support for banking platforms
  • Process current day cash and check transactions, including returns, refunds, and chargebacks
  • Develop cash flow strategies to align with organizational goals and minimize financial risk
  • Provide training and guidance to junior treasury analysts to ensure adherence to best practices
  • Prepare comprehensive treasury reports and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations

Requirements

  • B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar work experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in banking, treasury, accounting, or finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation
  • Experience with Banner, Workday, or Transact (formerly CASHNet)
  • Experience administering small-to-moderately sized projects or processes
