Senior Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of debt issuances, including structuring, documentation review, and coordination with lenders and rating agencies.
• Monitor financial covenants, reporting obligations, and compliance requirements across credit agreements and financing structures.
• Develop and maintain financial models related to liquidity, capital structure, borrowing base, and interest expense.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, legal, and tax teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment on transactions.
• Provide actionable insights to treasury leadership to optimize liquidity and capital structure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of treasury or finance experience, OR a Master's degree with no experience, OR at least 3 years of treasury or finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, structured finance, or capital markets.
• Experience with debt instruments and financing arrangements.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems.
• Ability to manage complex datasets and present financial analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
