About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer support via Voice, Email, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Manage complex domestic and international reservations, including reissues, exchanges, and refunds
- Interpret and apply airline fare rules accurately to minimize financial risk
- Manage NDC and GDS bookings and monitor operational queues within SLAs
- Liaise with airlines and suppliers to negotiate outcomes for customers
- Identify and mitigate Agency Debit Memo (ADM) risks
- Support onboarding and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of core travel industry experience
- Advanced proficiency in Amadeus (Cryptic) is non-negotiable
- Hands-on experience with NDC platforms and multi-channel CRM tools
- Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills
- High School completion (Grade 12 / NQF4 / A-Levels)
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical precision
