About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional customer support via Voice, Email, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Manage complex domestic and international reservations, including reissues, exchanges, and refunds
  • Interpret and apply airline fare rules accurately to minimize financial risk
  • Manage NDC and GDS bookings and monitor operational queues within SLAs
  • Liaise with airlines and suppliers to negotiate outcomes for customers
  • Identify and mitigate Agency Debit Memo (ADM) risks
  • Support onboarding and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of core travel industry experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Amadeus (Cryptic) is non-negotiable
  • Hands-on experience with NDC platforms and multi-channel CRM tools
  • Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills
  • High School completion (Grade 12 / NQF4 / A-Levels)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical precision
