Senior Travel Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international travel bookings in accordance with company policy
• Coordinate travel requirements for internal staff and VIP stakeholders
• Prepare detailed travel quotations and complex itineraries
• Maintain professional relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
• Process ticketing, changes, and refunds efficiently
• Provide after-hours emergency support on a rostered basis
• Manage approvals for itinerary changes and provide general administrative support

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant
• Proficiency with GDS platforms such as Galileo (Travelport), Sabre, or Amadeus
• Strong knowledge of airline fares, ticketing, and booking processes
• Proven ability to manage complex domestic and international itineraries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and professional demeanor
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
