Senior Travel Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives and employees.
• Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors to secure optimal rates and services.
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor travel expenses and budgets, providing cost-saving recommendations.
• Provide real-time support to travelers to resolve issues and emergencies, including after-hours assistance.
• Prepare and analyze travel expense reports and maintain accurate booking records.
• Assist in the development and updating of corporate travel policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and service providers.
• Train and mentor junior travel coordinators and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with travel management software and online booking tools.
