Senior Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the entire guest journey, from initial enquiry and written quotations to booking and post-travel follow-up
• Create inspiring, tailor-made luxury holiday itineraries across Latin American destinations
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and meet established Key Performance Indicators
• Manage all aspects of holiday documentation, including invoices, payments, and flight reservations via Travelport
• Maintain high levels of guest service by responding to enquiries efficiently and handling concierge requirements
• Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, brochure production, and promotional events
• Conduct familiarisation trips and share destination expertise with the wider team

Requirements

• Extensive experience in tailor-made travel sales, specifically within the Latin America region
• Proven track record in the luxury travel sector
• Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on conversion and hitting targets
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Experience delivering high-end customer service to discerning clients
