Senior Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange complex domestic and international travel for corporate business customers and groups
• Conduct research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to offer additional services
• Book air, road, rail, and accommodation while ensuring compliance with customer travel policies and regulatory requirements
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to manage bookings and service requests
• Resolve customer issues quickly and independently, coordinating with suppliers when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback

Requirements

• Native expertise in GDS platforms such as Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, or Galileo
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business or leisure travel experience
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and a passion for excellence in client service
• Ability to act with integrity regarding personal traveler information
