Senior Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange complex domestic and international business travel for corporate customers
• Conduct research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to offer additional services
• Book air, road, rail, and accommodations using various Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
• Use positive telephone service techniques to handle special customer requests
• Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

Requirements

• Native expertise in Galileo and Sabre GDS
• Minimum 1 year of experience with US and Asia bookings
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Travel bookings
• Strong understanding of the travel industry (business travel, leisure, or airline reservations)
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
• Flexibility to work afternoon shifts and weekends as part of a 24/7 operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with chat-hub communication tools
