Senior Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange complex domestic and international travel for corporate business customers and groups
• Research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to provide additional services
• Book air, road, rail, and accommodations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Ensure all bookings comply with customer travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
• Resolve customer issues quickly and independently, coordinating with suppliers when necessary
• Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

Requirements

• Native expertise in GDS platforms such as Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, or Galileo
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business or leisure travel experience
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to protecting traveler information
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including afternoon shifts (12-8pm) and weekends
