Senior Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange complex domestic and international travel for corporate business customers, including air, road, rail, and accommodations.
• Conduct research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to provide exceptional service.
• Ensure strict compliance with customer travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to manage bookings and resolve customer issues independently.
• Collaborate with team members to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve overall service levels.

Requirements

• Native expertise in Galileo and Sabre GDS.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with US and Asia bookings.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate Travel bookings.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work afternoon shifts (12-8pm) and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to protecting traveler information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a chat-hub environment.
• Strong background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.
