Senior Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange complex domestic and international travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups
• Conduct research on travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to provide additional services
• Book air, road, rail, and accommodation while ensuring compliance with customer travel policies and regulatory requirements
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, or Amadeus to manage bookings
• Resolve customer issues quickly and independently, collaborating with suppliers when necessary
• Coach and mentor team members to improve overall service levels and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

• Native expertise in at least one GDS (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, or Galileo)
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, with experience in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and a passion for excellence in client service
• Ability to act with integrity and handle sensitive traveler information securely
