About the role
Responsibilities
- Champion a "Safety First" culture
- Manage day-to-day planning of the Northern Tanker fleet
- Ensure compliance with DVLA, EU Drivers Hours Regs, and working time directive legislation
- Achieve BIFFA compliance KPIs on a period-by-period basis
- Conduct performance management and disciplinary processes as required
- Action customer enquiries to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and breakdowns
- Seek continuous improvement to maintain operational excellence
