Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

• Set direction on complex, high-stakes engagements including method selection, structuring, and controversy
• Act as the senior technical voice for intangibles, financial transactions, and restructurings
• Lead and develop managers to build the next generation of transfer pricing leaders
• Set operational standards for platform usage and AI integration
• Shape the evolution of the practice by identifying automation and technology opportunities
• Handle high-level escalations, technical disputes, and complex negotiations

Requirements

• 10+ years of transfer pricing experience
• Substantial engagement leadership and people management experience at scale
• Deep command of OECD TP principles
• Experience with documentation, planning, controversy, and complex transactions
• Proven track record of leading and growing managers
• Multi-jurisdictional depth and experience with audits and disputes
• Professional or native English fluency
• Demonstrated leadership in adopting AI and technology in TP delivery
