Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

Caribou is a tax platform designed to make international tax accessible to every global business. We’re fixing Transfer Pricing first, where one million businesses are in need, but only ten thousand experts exist.

Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with customers to understand their commercial objectives and their business
• Design transfer pricing policies for a wide variety of global businesses across all regions
• Implement transfer pricing policies by creating intragroup agreements and reviewing accounts
• Explain transfer pricing concepts to non-TP stakeholders, from founders to accountants
• Provide forward-looking advice on business structuring to optimize tax and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with external advisors including bookkeepers, lawyers, and other tax experts
• Use transfer pricing techniques to unlock value in adjacent areas like sales taxes and R&D claims
• Determine reporting obligations and prepare necessary documentation such as local and master files

Requirements

• 7+ years of transfer pricing experience with strong policy design expertise
• Deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, theory, and application
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience preparing journal entries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive multiple projects involving diverse stakeholders
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
