Senior Training Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with managers
• Coordinate and schedule both internal and external training sessions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics
• Manage the training budget and maintain accurate training records
• Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals
• Support Saudization activities within the HR department

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in Training & Development
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required
