Senior Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a complete curriculum for basic, intermediate, and advanced users or potential customers
• Create internal training materials and "train the trainer" programs
• Manage the development of multimedia and video-based training materials
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to understand technical MANET waveforms and products
• Work with Customer Support and Business Development to create use-case targeted training
• Update and manage the customer support site
• Partner with Marketing to develop interactive training and marketing materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in training management
• Experience developing training materials for wireless and radio markets
• Experience with static and interactive multimedia, specifically video-based training
• Strong understanding of IP networking (addressing, switches/routers, TCP/UDP protocols)
• Knowledge of software defined tactical radio and advanced wireless waveforms
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of use cases for military, public safety, and industrial radio & wireless networking
• Proficiency with PC office applications and documentation skills
