Senior Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies based on training needs assessments (DNC) to increase employee competencies.
• Ensure the follow-up and fulfillment of training plans across the organization.
• Establish strategies to guarantee compliance with all regulatory certifications.
• Manage and control training providers in accordance with company policies.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content and educational programs meet organizational needs.
• Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the training department.
• Optimize training processes to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Pedagogy, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training and development roles.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and transversal collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, database management, macros, and LMS platforms.
• Results-oriented mindset with high agility.
