Senior Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of training materials for government employees across the organization
• Maintain the master schedule of training activities for both government organizations and individuals
• Identify new training and development opportunities outside of existing avenues
• Manage the budget for government employee training and development on behalf of the training lead
• Build and maintain a comprehensive library of resources for employee training and education
• Advise government employees on available professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or program coordination (a Master's degree may substitute for 4 years of experience)
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to analyze training needs and recommend effective solutions
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a federal or government environment
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or eLearning platforms
• Knowledge of federal training compliance standards or workforce development programs
