Senior Training and Development Analyst

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate organizational training and development programs
• Manage LMS, performance indicators, and training ROI
• Develop innovative content and methodologies, including the application of AI in learning
• Support organizational culture, climate, and transformation initiatives
• Support Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives to strengthen an inclusive culture
• Act as a strategic partner to Business Partners, leaders, and recruitment teams

Requirements

• Completed Higher Education degree
• Advanced English proficiency
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and Development (T&D)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Power BI
• Experience with SuccessFactors, LMS, and e-learning platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with instructional design and facilitation
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and change management
• Ability to manage complex projects and T&D timelines
