Senior Training Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs including classroom, laboratory, and online instruction.
• Lead a team of instructors to create technical and non-technical training strategies for onboarding and new product programs.
• Create training schedules, track outcomes, and maintain comprehensive training records for the company.
• Implement a Train-The-Trainer certification program and establish technical skill assessment tools.
• Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deploy and track global training initiatives and certification programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive curriculum evolution and ensure training transfer on the job.
• Manage technical learning centers and develop eLearning strategies such as webinars and on-demand learning.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in people management.
• 2+ years of experience with Data Center architecture, electrical and thermal systems, and related safety procedures.
• Proven expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and eLearning platforms.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical content engagingly.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and survey software.
• Ability to design technical lab environments to support Power, Thermal, and data center technology topics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IT best practice frameworks such as ITIL, LEAN, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Operational Excellence concepts and methodologies.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to align training strategies with business objectives.
