Senior Traffic Signal Technician/Integrator

Responsibilities

• Master installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Wavetronix core products
• Provide technical training and presentations to customers in the field or office
• Conduct technical site surveys and review project plans
• Diagnose technical errors and determine proper solutions
• Provide customer support both in the field and over the phone
• Document processes and produce detailed trip reports
• Manage on-site installation and configuration of products
• Maintain project tracking and support cases in CRM

Requirements

• 3+ years in technical sales or technical networking support
• Previous field service experience in traffic signal/ITS cabinets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel approximately 65% of the month
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree (EE, EET)
• Certifications in ITS or the traffic industry
• Basic understanding of networking
