Senior Trading Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support for all global trading platforms to internal and external clients.
• Manage user and account administration, including limit adjustments upon Risk team approval.
• Handle system outage management for client trades and liaise between technology and business groups.
• Assist with the review of manual processes to identify automation and reporting improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including SEC, FINRA, NFA, and CFTC.
• Support the Chicago Trade Support Desk with shift coverage (typically 7:00am to 5:30pm).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with front-end systems and admin tools such as Fidessa, TT, Stellar, CQG, or WebIce.
• 2+ years of experience dealing with global exchanges like ICE, CME, or Eurex.
• 1+ years of experience in exchange connectivity for global derivatives, commodity, cash, or equity markets.
• 1+ years of experience in client onboarding for both FIX and bespoke API protocols.
• Working knowledge of FIX Messaging Protocol with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in database queries and Excel for compliance audits and management reporting.
