About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development to drive advertiser performance and account growth
- Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues across Display, Online Video, and Connected TV
- Provide feedback to Product Managers for platform and product improvements
- Utilize Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze large datasets and create actionable insights
- Present data and insights to client stakeholders
- Build relationships with agency and brand direct stakeholders
- Work with agency traders to set up campaigns and provide optimization recommendations
- Consult and educate clients on product updates and industry news
Requirements
- 4+ years of consultative, client-facing work in ad tech, digital marketing, or data-heavy industries
- Hands-on DSP experience is a plus
- Strong technical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in client management and presentation
- Fluency in the DSP/Ad Tech landscape
- Strong quantitative skills using MS Excel, Vertica, and Power BI
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and work independently
