Senior Trading Operations Analyst

Eclipse Trading is a leading proprietary trading firm founded in 2007. With over 120 employees across Hong Kong, Sydney, Shanghai, and Chicago, the firm deploys expertise across equity derivatives, delta one, ETFs, commodity derivatives, and cryptocurrency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trading activities, ensuring accurate execution and timely resolution of issues
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, exchange rules, and internal standards
• Enhance systems, workflows, policies, and control mechanisms to improve efficiency
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risks while maintaining robust internal controls
• Lead initiatives to design and implement new systems for trading, clearing, and risk management
• Partner with Trading, Compliance, Risk, Middle Office, and Technology teams
• Work closely with IT to maintain and enhance trading platforms and reporting tools
• Deliver timely operational metrics, incident reports, and performance updates to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in trading operations, middle office, or risk management
• Experience within a proprietary trading or hedge fund environment
• Experience with process automation and optimization
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, or SQL is a plus
• Analytical mindset with experience handling large data sets
• Excellent command of spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• CFA or FRM certification
