Senior Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pureplay vertical across UK & ROI, owning retail media planning and trade marketing strategy
• Act as the senior retailer-facing marketing lead to build and deepen relationships with senior retail contacts
• Manage multi-million-pound marketing budgets, ensuring effective deployment and ROI
• Lead and develop a team of Trade Marketing Managers and Retail Marketing Executives
• Champion social-first collaborations including influencer, organic social, and affiliate marketing
• Own the digital shelf and content excellence agenda, including PDPs and brand stores
• Align local execution with global brand media workstreams and strategy

Requirements

• Experience in retail, trade, or channel marketing, ideally in pureplay, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
• Proven brand-side experience working in-house for a brand or manufacturer
• Strong understanding of full-funnel retail media planning and the digital shelf
• Proven people-leadership experience managing and coaching teams
• Experience managing significant multi-million-pound marketing budgets
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner with Sales teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for local and global leadership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and ambiguous environment
