Senior Trade Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform HTS and ECCN determinations for parts and technology
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings such as AES/EEI
• Conduct restricted-party screening against global sanctions and embargoes
• Resolve customs-related issues and inquiries from brokers
• Verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and HAWBs for accuracy
• Maintain trade master data in ERP systems and internal databases
• Organize and maintain digital records for audit readiness

Requirements

• Meticulous attention to detail with complex documentation
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work core collaboration hours from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM PST
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HTS/ECCN classification
• Experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or supply chain
• Familiarity with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or GTM tools
