Senior Traceability & Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end traceability of material movements across multiple countries, ensuring alignment between physical inventory, operational systems, and sustainability records.
• Track materials throughout their lifecycle, from collection and processing to storage, transfer, and final sale.
• Reconcile information from multiple sources including operational systems, inventory reports, country team trackers, and sustainability records.
• Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, such as quantity variances, timing mismatches, and missing documentation.
• Develop and maintain traceability reporting, performance metrics, and dashboards in collaboration with Data and Technology teams.
• Establish and enforce structured documentation systems, including naming conventions and evidence archiving processes.
• Monitor system adoption and process compliance to ensure operational teams are not bypassing official tracking tools.
• Support continuous improvement through sample-based data audits, exception testing, and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in traceability, systems analysis, or supply chain data management.
• Strong knowledge of traceability concepts and standards, preferably within renewable energy, biofuels, or commodities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to manage complex data from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across different countries.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
