About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic liaison to align Total Rewards strategy with business priorities across Compensation, Executive Compensation, and Benefits
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into short and long-term Total Rewards initiatives
- Assess current state and recommend scalable changes for offerings including base pay, additives, and incentives
- Lead Total Rewards projects by leveraging data and analytics to build recommendations and execution plans
- Develop and deliver communications, training, and change management strategies for HR and business leaders
- Travel up to 25% as required to support business units
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 10+ years of experience in the development, communication, or support of compensation or rewards programs
- 10+ years of experience applying metrics to measure performance against projects
- 5+ years of experience in business strategy or consulting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications like CCP or GRP preferred
- Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives and navigating cross-functional collaboration
- Expertise in leveraging data and metrics to identify trends and implications of strategic options
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business issues into Total Rewards strategies
- Proficiency with compensation, classification, and salary systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
