Senior Total Rewards Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic liaison to align Total Rewards strategy with business priorities across Compensation, Executive Compensation, and Benefits
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into short and long-term Total Rewards initiatives
• Assess current state and recommend scalable changes for offerings including base pay, additives, and incentives
• Lead Total Rewards projects by leveraging data and analytics to build recommendations and execution plans
• Develop and deliver communications, training, and change management strategies for HR and business leaders
• Travel up to 25% as required to support business units

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources
• 10+ years of experience in the development, communication, or support of compensation or rewards programs
• 10+ years of experience applying metrics to measure performance against projects
• 5+ years of experience in business strategy or consulting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications like CCP or GRP preferred
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives and navigating cross-functional collaboration
• Expertise in leveraging data and metrics to identify trends and implications of strategic options
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business issues into Total Rewards strategies
• Proficiency with compensation, classification, and salary systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
