Senior Therapy & Account Specialist

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sales of company products and services
• Identify and engage prospective customers to meet their specific needs through targeted selling
• Conduct dialysis counseling and training for healthcare personnel, patients, and caregivers
• Provide technical support, including on-call machine troubleshooting for APD patients
• Manage and track center databases, including dropout tracking and time on therapy analysis
• Deliver hospital-based CMEs and product training to healthcare professionals
• Monitor and analyze clinical parameters of PD centers to support improvement programs
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and competitor activity to ensure competitive positioning
• Ensure timely submission of monthly sales and SFE reports

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in hospital account management or clinical support
• Experience in a nephrology unit is preferred
• Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or an equivalent field
• Ability to manage a territory/region independently
• Valid driving license and possession of a personal vehicle
• Proven ability to conduct CME and product training for healthcare professionals
• Willingness to travel to remote urban areas for meetings and training
