Senior Therapeutic Specialist, HIV Treatment

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and engage healthcare providers to maximize the impact of Gilead's products
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve sales goals
• Maintain deep understanding of Gilead's products, competitive products, and therapeutic disease states
• Promote appropriate use of products to healthcare professionals adhering to PhRMA and OIG guidelines
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues including field reimbursement managers and medical scientists
• Perform administrative tasks including reporting call activity and managing territory budgets

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with a BS/BA or 4+ years with an MS/MA
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a pharmaceutical environment
• Experience in selling a Buy and Bill product
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to meet onsite visitation requirements of healthcare practitioners

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry sales experience
• Experience in selling injectable physician-administered products
• Familiarity with the managed care landscape
• Proven success in specialty markets
