About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive demand for BMS oncology medicines by engaging in deep scientific dialogue with Healthcare Providers (HCPs)
  • Build and maintain professional credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians
  • Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans
  • Conduct in-office presentations and organize external speaker programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other field teams to ensure an optimal Customer Experience (Cx)
  • Gather and share market insights internally to help BMS better serve its customers

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific degree
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience (e.g., healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse)
  • Proven experience in Hematology/Oncology
  • Strong account management skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to communicate complex clinical data accurately and convincingly
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet "Qualified Driver" requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience identifying and cultivating credibility with customers across the entire patient care journey
  • Demonstrated analytical capability to interpret prescribing patterns and market trends
  • Proficiency in using digital communication channels and CRM tools to manage customer interactions
