About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive demand for BMS medicines within the Neuroscience/MS portfolio by engaging in deep scientific dialogue with Healthcare Providers (HCPs).
  • Build and maintain professional credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians.
  • Promote approved indications of products in a compliant manner to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account plans.
  • Conduct in-office presentations and organize external speaker programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience (Cx).
  • Gather and share market insights internally to help BMS better serve customers.

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries (e.g., healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex clinical and scientific data accurately and convincingly.
  • Demonstrated account management and superior selling competencies.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet "Qualified Driver" requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Neurology therapeutic area.
  • Experience building credibility within a customer influence network.
