Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Neuroscience

Responsibilities

• Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet sales targets
• Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale
• Maintain high level of scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas
• Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans
• Conduct in-office presentations and discuss product-related scientific information with HCPs
• Organize external speaker programs and facilitate logistics
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure optimal Customer Experience
• Gather and share relevant market insights internally

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience (sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse)
• Ability to communicate clinical data accurately and convincingly
• Proven track record in account management and sales performance
• Experience in Neurology preferred
• Strong selling and promotional skills
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet "Qualified Driver" requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Neurology
• Demonstrated experience building credibility with key customers and office staff
• Strong analytical capability to interpret prescribing patterns and market trends
