About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive demand for BMS medicines within the psychiatry therapeutic area by engaging in deep scientific dialogue with Healthcare Providers (HCPs).
  • Build and maintain professional credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians.
  • Promote approved indications of BMS products to meet or exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans to optimize customer experience.
  • Conduct in-office presentations and organize external speaker programs to discuss product-related scientific information.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other field teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  • Gather and share relevant market insights internally to help improve service to customers.

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven experience in healthcare sales, Medical Science Liaison (MSL), or as an HCP/nurse.
  • Strong account management skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to communicate complex clinical data accurately and convincingly.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet "Qualified Driver" requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience within the Neurology therapeutic area.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building relationships within the patient care continuum.
