Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Community

Responsibilities

• Drive demand for BMS cardiovascular medicines by engaging in deep scientific dialogue with Healthcare Providers (HCPs)
• Build and maintain professional credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians
• Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets
• Implement comprehensive territory and account plans to achieve business objectives
• Conduct in-office presentations and organize external speaker programs to discuss product-related scientific information
• Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams to ensure a superior Customer Experience (Cx)
• Gather and share market insights internally to help BMS better serve its customers

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience (e.g., healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nurse)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals
• Strong ability to communicate complex clinical data accurately and convincingly
• Demonstrated experience in account management and building customer credibility
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet "Qualified Driver" requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment

• Previous experience within the cardiovascular therapeutic area
