Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and dismantle electrochemical test devices
• Identify and resolve complex issues with test equipment, configurations, and battery systems
• Improve SOPs and troubleshooting guides to boost efficiency, safety, and data quality
• Provide guidance on test processes and support junior technicians
• Track electrochemical testing status using digital tools like Jira, Slack, and Confluence
• Promote lab safety and chemical hygiene best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in electrochemical, electrical, or mechanical testing environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills for system failures
• Understanding of electrical wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and test instrumentation
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• High attention to detail for reliable data collection
