About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, assemble, and maintain test rigs, fixtures, and support equipment for R1 components
- Install and route instrumentation including thermocouples, pressure transducers, and electrical wiring
- Execute tests following established procedures and document results, anomalies, and observations
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a test technician or similar technical role
- Experience with instrumentation integration and data acquisition systems
- Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with plumbing systems, tubing, valves, and leak checking
- Experience with electrical wiring, harness building, and control panels
- Welding, machining, or fabrication experience
