Senior Test Manufacture Engineer (DRAM or RFFE)

Responsibilities

• Lead production testing at ODM/suppliers, including corrective actions, technical audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive suppliers to improve manufacturing quality, testing initiation, and the adoption of new technologies
• Provide technical feedback to internal engineering teams regarding production problems and requirements
• Participate in manufacturing testing improvements, focusing on testing hardware and software stability during High Volume Manufacturing (HVM)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with organization members

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in the testing manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of IC test equipment for wafer sort and final test (e.g., wafer prober, handler, and tester); experience with 93K is preferred
• Proven hardware debugging skills
• Basic understanding of digital/analog functional blocks and electronic circuits
• Proficiency in data analysis and basic knowledge of reliability testing, quality concepts, and RMA processes
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience
• Direct experience with DRAM or RFFE testing
• Experience with Automotive or Compute projects
• Familiarity with automotive testing platforms
