Senior Test Manager

Responsibilities

• Improve system throughput, reliability, and test capability for electrical and optical characterization platforms
• Develop and deploy circuit-level test methodologies for high-speed, production-worthy testing
• Increase test tool throughput, availability, and scalability through hardware and software improvements
• Lead root-cause analysis of complex test failures and develop repair strategies
• Collaborate with component development engineers to optimize high-volume manufacturing test processes
• Drive the development of new test infrastructure, automation, and measurement methodologies
• Analyze test data to guide engineering and manufacturing decisions
• Mentor engineers and technicians and establish best practices for test development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Optical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in photonic device testing, electrical/RF/PIC testing, or optical measurement systems
• Experience with automated test systems, test software, and measurement infrastructure
• Experience in R&D, New Product Introduction (NPI), and manufacturing environments
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex system-level failures

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or Optical Engineering
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing test strategies and yield optimization
• Experience developing software for test automation and data acquisition
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and manufacturing quality systems
