Senior Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on testing activities in complex and safety-critical environments
• Coordinate testing processes including strategy, planning, execution, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and stakeholders
• Perform system, integration, and acceptance testing
• Contribute to requirement work by ensuring testability and supporting quality throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

• Academic degree in software development, computer science, or equivalent technical background
• Several years of experience in test leadership and software testing
• Experience working in complex system environments
• Experience leading teams and coordinating test projects in agile environments
• ISTQB certification
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Methodical approach to requirement traceability and quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with defense or security-classified systems
• Previous experience in a consulting role
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD
• Proficiency with ALM platforms such as Polarion, Jira, or Azure DevOps/TFS
• Certifications such as SAFe, ITIL, IREB, or Scrum Master
• Experience using AI in testing work
