Senior Test Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform optical incoming inspection of ATE test hardware, evaluation/qualification boards, and sockets
• Conduct electrical verification using board checkers on ATE and bench systems
• Maintain, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hardware boards and sockets
• Generate incoming and outgoing verification reports and test recipes for electrical inspection
• Manage logistics for all hardware shipments to and from the Nabern test floor
• Verify technical drawings for mechanical compatibility with testers, probers, and handlers
• Support Operations teams by providing debugging guidance for hardware problems at OSATs
• Create engineering setups on ATE hardware using additional engineering hardware

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience with printed circuit boards (PCBs), including maintenance and repair
• Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art PCB design, manufacturing processes, and assembly technology
• Proven experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and hardware verification tools
• Advanced organizational skills with experience working in international, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English
