Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Verify and qualify product designs to ensure reliability
• Manage test processes, failure follow-ups, and reporting
• Implement the Company Quality Plan at the Suzhou Lab
• Create DQTP for new projects and ECNs
• Develop new test fixtures and protocols
• Review test data for accuracy and provide technical support to supplier laboratories
• Lead energy consumption test protocol development
• Provide technical training for test technicians and operators

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a laboratory environment
• Experience in household appliance testing
• Training in ISO9001
• Experience generating test protocols and evaluating equipment/fixtures
• Working knowledge of UL1017, UL499, and IEC60335-1 safety standards
• Proficiency in written and verbal English
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistical tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing and development processes
• Advanced computer skills
