Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform integration and test activities for advanced ground system solutions within an Agile Release Train (ART) environment
• Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and collaborate with engineering teams to drive resolution
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure system reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug complex system-level issues and interfaces
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver industry-leading ground systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems integration and testing
• Proven experience with software products in an Agile environment, including regression testing and test automation
• Proficiency with Linux (Red Hat) environments and scripting languages such as Python or Perl
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance (required on day 1)
• U.S. Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a CI/CD environment
• Background in satellite ground system development or operations
• Experience with mission management ground systems or space-based ISR platforms
• Proficiency with Agile development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
• Programming experience in Java or C++
