Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing test systems and test tooling at the electronic component level
• Identify root causes of failures and propose design improvements to enhance reliability and performance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for test equipment and processes as a subject matter expert
• Perform test system validation and deployment, including executing and documenting IQ, OQ, and PQ activities
• Design, develop, and implement new testing methods and equipment
• Compile data to define necessary changes in testing equipment, procedures, or manufacturing processes
• Manage test system repairs by partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with 2+ years of experience
• Experience with electronic component-level troubleshooting
• Proficiency in test system validation (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Strong root cause analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage complex technical projects and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
