Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set up and validate test machines and prepare comprehensive test maintenance documentation
• Develop test guidance documents and provide training to testing personnel
• Analyze test results to identify trends and implement improvements to increase test yield
• Develop and maintain a strategic spare parts inventory for testing equipment
• Monitor and control the quantity of failed boards to reduce overall scrap rates
• Evaluate new product testing requirements and provide cost quotations based on customer specifications
• Provide technical support and expertise to internal departments and external customers

Requirements

• College degree or higher
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing testing
• Proven experience in machine maintenance and verification
• Hands-on experience with fault board debugging
• Strong knowledge of PCBA production and testing processes
• Solid understanding of Functional Circuit Test (FCT) principles
• Ability to perform detailed circuit analysis
• Basic English listening and speaking skills
• Strong communication capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with medical device product testing
