Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect test stand design and documentation including engineering drawings, P&ID, and electrical schematics
• Maintain test facility operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Implement robust data and video recording infrastructure
• Analyze data for equipment activation, calibration, and operation
• Diagnose stand problems and perform corrective actions
• Continually improve facility capabilities to increase throughput and reliability
• Perform harness assembly and operate manual machine shop equipment

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with fluidic and mechanical systems and test operations
• Experience working in hazardous environments involving flammables, high voltage, or pressurized systems
• Knowledge of fluid systems hardware and instrumentation such as pressure, temperature, and load cells
• Familiarity with data acquisition, control systems, PLC hardware, and computer networking
• Proficiency with PLC and data processing software including Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW
