Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and methodologies across multiple product lines.
• Develop sophisticated diagnostic testing programs to identify complex performance issues during product development.
• Design and oversee the development of advanced test fixtures and equipment to validate product specifications.
• Create and standardize test setups and procedures to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Plan and coordinate resources, including labor, schedules, and equipment allocation, to optimize testing timelines.
• Resolve complex technical issues in systems and equipment using advanced analytical problem-solving techniques.
• Lead the design of complex PCBs for test setups and evaluation boards.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in test methodologies and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in test engineering or a related discipline.
• Advanced technical knowledge of PCB design principles and experience designing complex boards.
• Proven expertise in designing complex test fixtures and equipment.
• Strong capability in resource planning and project coordination.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex technical problems and leading diagnostic efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale projects and mentoring junior engineering staff.
• Deep understanding of qualification testing methodologies for various product lines.
