Senior Test Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage test assignments, progress, and evaluate results to ensure successful execution
• Develop and staff Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) in coordination with ATEC
• Oversee T&E WIPTs and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs)
• Attend testing sessions, report results, and evaluate data for leadership briefings
• Resolve integration issues with Assistant Product Managers and Product Leads
• Manage scheduling and resourcing for Developmental Testing (DT) and Operational Testing (OT) events
• Maintain a Master Test Schedule and ensure accurate documentation in government databases

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• More than 15 years of relevant experience in Test and Evaluation, preferably in Defense Acquisition Systems
• Subject matter expertise in Test and Evaluation
• Extensive knowledge of Defense Acquisition Systems and Military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures
• Strong analytical and communication skills for leadership reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• DAWIA Level III T&E certification or equivalent experience
