About the role
Responsibilities
- Coaching, appraising and mentoring staff
- Raising Planit’s profile through networking and industry events
- Writing Test Strategies and Test Plans
- Providing estimates for resource utilisation through a project
- Management and delivery of successful projects
- Management of teams on and/or off shore
Requirements
- At least 10 years’ testing experience
- 4 years’ experience leading and managing large testing teams
- Experience in client/account management and/or business development
- Expertise in at least one testing tool
- Experience in multiple industry domains
- Exceptional English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience
